Register your copy
If you followed the link from your workbook, you are in the right place. Here is what registering gives you, what is available now, and what is being prepared.
The complete worksheet pack. Every log, exercise, and fill-in from this workbook in one PDF. Type straight into it on screen, or print a fresh copy whenever you want to complete something again, next month or next year.
First word on the community. You will get an email the day it opens, with the link to join.
Credit toward the guided course. Registered readers receive a credit toward the guided version of this program. The course is still in development, so the amount is not set yet. It will be posted on this page before enrollment opens, and registering is all you need to do to qualify.
Registration takes about thirty seconds and needs only an email address. No spam, and you can unsubscribe any time.
Filling it in on screen: open the pack in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader and type straight into the fields, or print it. Some phone PDF apps cannot fill forms, so if typing does not work on your phone, use a computer or print it.
The communityComing soon
The BRAIN Protocol community will be free to join and open to every reader: a standing place to say what you are working on, ask questions when a technique does not fit your life, and read without posting for as long as you want. It is peer support and shared practice, and not clinical care. When it opens, the join link will be posted on the home page and here. You will not need to register to join, though registered readers hear first.
The guided courseComing soon
The full BRAIN Protocol will run as a guided cohort, for readers who want the structure and accountability that come with completing it alongside other people. Working through the book first costs you nothing if you later decide you want that. Join the wait list to hear when enrollment opens.

If the workbook helped
Reviews are how a book like this one finds the people who need it. If something here changed how you understand your own brain, an honest review on Amazon, positive or critical, makes a real difference. It is never a condition of anything on this page.
